If it’s white,
don’t take a bite..

SarahHall87 July 29, 2010 at 10:22 pm

in my country, they don’t even say the percentage of the “whole grain”. Isn’t that sad? I don’t think I ever tasted real 100% whole grain bread. This almost makes me want to cry,

friends01us July 29, 2010 at 10:28 pm

if you are talking about regulations, hell there are no regulations on anything here in the US of A, i just think that how can this government do this to their own people, that is why other countries don’t like americans, because they are liers, but that is what the people like b/c they seem to have no problems with this appreciate your videos

@MrSerious404 lol

Kaede069 July 30, 2010 at 1:51 am

@lalaland2365 yes they have been heavily processed, same thing for me except it’s white rice. You can still enjoy them but once in a while, but I’d suggest to look for a better replacement like soba noodles that are pretty healthy since they’re made from buckwheat. ^^ hope I’ve helped.

“If it’s white, don’t take a bite”… You’re so right, Natalie! My ex-boyfriend is pure white, and I used to love him so much that I would do things such as licking him, tasting him, biting him– lightly, of course, out of love,– and so forth, until he cheated on me. Although he came back to me crying, asking for forgiveness and to take him back, I didn’t. He’s no longer my boyfriend. Although I miss him very much, I choose the whole-grain variety now…

so vermicelli ( Mee Hoon ) is bad for my health even though its part of my country’s culture?

TheArchJuggler July 30, 2010 at 2:16 am

I think this chic is smokin’ hot

Eyebeemz July 30, 2010 at 3:15 am

It might not be possible to make a whole grain bread that is tasty, major brands are horrid; their flavor profile is like compressed cigarette ash, dehydrated oven mitts with the added obscene bitterness of drain cleaner.

MrSerious404 July 30, 2010 at 4:14 am

“wow” been buying Nature’s Own White Wheat thinking it was good for me

HomeiraSafavi July 30, 2010 at 5:08 am

specialchannel July 30, 2010 at 5:55 am

Thank god my area gets Ezekiel breads now! It’s as delicious and filling as Natalie claims. Even though it’s more expensive, it’s WELL worth it. It’s been about 4 months since we buy nothing but Ezekiel, and already we can’t stand the taste of run-of-the-mill breads anymore.

FM897 July 30, 2010 at 8:19 am

Ezekiel bread tastes really good. I think there are still much better things you could be eating aside from bread, but if you’re going to eat it, it’s one of the best options out there. I’m grateful that they sell it at my college.

FairyFederation July 30, 2010 at 8:27 am

@smithdsmit did you cut out sugar?

seaking333 July 30, 2010 at 9:22 am

Looking at a few of your blogposts I seriously found this one to be really good. I’ve a weblog as well and would choose to repost some snips of your respective content in my blog. Should it be all right if I do this so long as I personal reference your blog post or create a backlink to your article I took the snip from? If not I am aware of and would never do it without having your approval . I have book marked the article to twitter as well as facebook account for reference. Regardless thank you either way!
